Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to provide comprehensive and integrated care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, determined based on your experience and client caseload.
