Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to understand clients' psychological needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your contributions as a Licensed Professional Counselor will be recognized with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
