Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are aligned with the individual needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes to ensure continuity in care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to promote therapeutic growth.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
