Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a defined caseload of clients through regular virtual sessions, establishing rapport and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships guided by ethical standards.

• Conduct routine progress reviews with clients to assess stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriateness for discharge.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and effective.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records and progress notes that align with compliance requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' concerns, mental health histories, and treatment needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches for each client to best support their mental health journey.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is necessary to facilitate record-keeping and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
