Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide professional counseling services, including individual, family, and group sessions, while maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and safety.

• Develop and implement effective treatment programs aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ needs through intake interviews and ongoing assessments to ensure personalized care and support.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR to document sessions accurately, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those from Medicaid and Medicare.

• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload while providing flexible scheduling that accommodates client needs, including possible weekend and evening sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
