Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, which allows for flexibility in your work schedule. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends required. This structure fosters a healthy work-life balance, enabling counselors to provide their best support to clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at our state-of-the-art telehealth facility, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care through evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn therapeutic techniques from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer one-on-one sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
