Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing and maintaining professional, trusting relationships in line with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in New Jersey.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other digital tools relevant to telehealth.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to various populations.

• Comfortable conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
