Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to client needs.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential progress notes and treatment records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Provide 24-hour monitoring and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including youth and adults facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with substance abuse, emotional disturbances, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral issues. You will apply your skills to guide clients through their healing journeys, addressing unique situations and advocating for their holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of five years of supervised clinical experience in a counseling setting.

• Possession of an active LPC license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
