Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize multiple therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, prioritizing methods best suited for each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, consistently adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Stay current with developments in mental health research and practices, participating in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will have you working with diverse client populations, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, as well as couples and families navigating interpersonal issues. The telehealth model enables you to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, thus expanding your impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards in counseling practices is imperative.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on your caseload and experience.
