Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review therapeutic progress, assess emotional stability, and schedule future appointments, including appropriate discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, to track client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish the clinical needs of new clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient in using technology including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication purposes.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to a variety of clients.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and establishing initial treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
