Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring a client-focused healing process.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and set future appointment goals, including potential discharge as clinically appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and session records, in accordance with legal requirements and organizational protocols.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and determine the best course of action.
\n
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to support professional growth and development.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care approach, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.

• Cultivate a growth mindset and continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and understanding of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on a youthful demographic, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. By working closely with these individuals, you will help them navigate their challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) under the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
