Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to fit varied client scenarios.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups through a secure telehealth platform, promoting a safe environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with laws and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your goal will be to provide compassionate and effective counseling that empowers clients to navigate their challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
