Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs, ensuring empathetic understanding of their situations.

• Creating customized treatment plans based on intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, adapting these plans as client needs evolve.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide support, guidance, and motivation to clients through talk therapy.

• Monitoring client progress and treatment adherence, making adjustments to treatment plans based on continuous assessment.

• Encouraging and fostering self-reflection among clients, promoting healthier coping strategies and interpersonal relationships.

• Informing clients about their financial and emotional commitments related to therapy, ensuring transparency in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support a diverse clientele dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, plus an exciting sign-on bonus.
