Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, aimed at addressing the root causes of mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and to monitor client progress effectively.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
