Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Frontier Behavioral & Mental Health Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations to determine the appropriate treatment goals and plans.

• Providing brief, targeted therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing mental health challenges in line with established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify patients who may benefit from mental health services, and appropriately referring those needing specialty care.
\n
• Initiating follow-up communications to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Developing relapse prevention plans and strategies to help clients maintain stable functioning.
\n
• Monitoring patient care coordination, linking them with additional health services, with their consent, to optimize treatment outcomes.
\n
• Documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and any necessary clinical information in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
\n
• Providing education and support to clients, empowering them with self-management skills essential for their recovery journey.
\n
• Conducting consultations with clinic management and team members regarding behavioral health services, quality improvement initiatives, and program evaluations.

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in the state of Georgia.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with the community resources available to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $87,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
