Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing client management software to track progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to promote comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide range of psychological needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family-related challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and providing therapeutic interventions that address these complex issues, working closely with diverse populations and adapting your approach to meet varied cultural and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
