Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that inform the development of personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Engage with clients individually, as well as in couples, families, and group settings, ensuring a holistic approach to each case.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations applicable to counseling practices.
