Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring their unique needs are met across various domains of mental health.

• Engage in ongoing communication with supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and families to provide updates on client progress and facilitate a cohesive treatment approach.

• Prepare and provide detailed scheduling of appointments and home visits, while ensuring all pertinent observations and data analysis are thoroughly documented.

• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to align with ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively discuss patient care strategies and contribute to a cohesive treatment ethos.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure comprehensive documentation is readily available for auditing and case collaboration.

• Serve as a liaison to community resources and support networks, enhancing client engagement and access to holistic care.

• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to ensure compliance with treatment methodologies and enhance professional competence across the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting, where you have honed your assessment and intervention skills.
