Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to devise appropriate, personalized treatment plans for clients across various demographics.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, customizing approaches to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that integrate medical and psychological perspectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse client population. Your focus will include individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and relational difficulties. The telehealth model allows you to support clients from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring that mental health services are accessible to those who may otherwise face barriers to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is essential for this position.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload. Additional benefits include:
