Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Divine & Associates, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients’ trauma histories and inform tailored treatment strategies.

• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal growth.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to equip patients with effective coping strategies.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and encouraging holistic healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention to support patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

A self-disciplined approach is essential, with an expectation to complete clinical notes within 24 hours. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to robust financial compensation, you will benefit from:
