Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring that their unique needs and goals are prioritized.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Foster collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to promote holistic care and optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health and attending workshops relevant to your specialty.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele that may include individuals struggling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
