Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the unique therapeutic needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, and groups, effectively applying techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources during critical times.

• Maintain precise documentation, managing client records and treatment progress while working closely with our billing support team to minimize administrative burdens.

You will focus on supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your empathetic approach will guide clients through their healing journeys, helping them navigate obstacles and achieve their personal goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
