Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify pertinent issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—to provide continued support and progress monitoring.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, for medication management or specialized care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and approaches.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
