Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapeutic plans based on client progress and needs, emphasizing measurable outcomes.

• Offer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic care, integrating their insights into treatment plans.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing an array of mental health issues. You will cater to a diverse patient population, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other psychological concerns, tailoring your approach to meet their unique cultural and situational needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.
