Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans to address clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the individual or group setting.

• Engage with clients through video and audio platforms, delivering therapy sessions that foster a safe and supportive atmosphere.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload capacity. In addition to salary, employees will have access to comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
