This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance tailored to your schedule. Our outpatient office in Middletown, New Jersey, offers a welcoming environment for in-office sessions, providing you access to essential resources and a supportive team of mental health professionals. Work hours are flexible from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with opportunities for weekend sessions based on your preferences and client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Cedarbrook Clinical Partners, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify patient challenges and needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that outline goals and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Delivering high-quality therapy in a hybrid model, utilizing both in-office sessions and telehealth capabilities to reach clients effectively.

• Providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship dynamics.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation of client sessions through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and peer counselors, to ensure comprehensive client care.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices.
\n
• Upholding ethical standards and delivering culturally sensitive, evidence-based treatment consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing myriad mental health issues. The LPC will work closely with clients facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related symptoms, grief, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
