Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role within our outpatient treatment center dedicated to teens and young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection and peer support among clients, guiding them in sharing experiences and learning collaboratively.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathetic one-on-one therapy to help clients navigate their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, equipping them with essential coping strategies and personalized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, ensuring goals are both realistic and attainable.

• Progress Monitoring: Systematically assess and document client progress using various assessment tools, leveraging feedback mechanisms to adjust treatment as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Collaboration: Actively engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Regularly communicate with colleagues to coordinate care and consult on challenging cases, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
