Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

As an LPC at Inner Balance, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Benefits include:
