Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gather detailed client histories and emotional evaluations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate clients' feedback and addressing their specific mental health challenges.

• Utilize effective counseling techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate growth and empowerment in clients.

• Interact with clients meaningfully, demonstrating active listening skills and using strategic questioning to explore thoughts and feelings.

• Implement emergency protocols and provide crisis intervention for clients in immediate distress, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic exercises, including role-playing and mental exercises tailored to client needs.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all treatment sessions, maintaining complete and confidential records to comply with ethical standards.

• Assist clients in identifying and accessing additional therapeutic resources or community services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and level of involvement.
