Work Environment\n

This role is remote, enabling you to provide vital clinical support from the comfort of your home while utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Our fully digital facility is designed to facilitate seamless communication and care coordination among team members, clients, and their families. You will not be required to work evenings or weekends; your schedule will allow for a comprehensive focus on client care during standard business hours, from Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster a therapeutic community, allowing clients to share experiences and support one another.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions that are personalized, where you will help clients explore their emotional landscapes and develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and therapeutic needs.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly using various assessment tools, fostering accountability and tracking outcomes that ensure effective treatment.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, ensuring cohesive care delivery through regular communication and consultation on challenging cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center specializes in treating teenagers and young adults who are facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This age group often encounters unique challenges as they navigate significant life transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients transition towards a healthier mindset and lifestyle, providing them with the support they need to thrive both independently and socially.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and a keen understanding of virtual therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates who have at least two years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an understanding of holistic treatment approaches are highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
