Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work in our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions to help clients connect, share experiences, and learn from each other in a supportive environment.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, ultimately helping them establish effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Many clients may experience stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing targeted support that promotes resilience and healing. By employing evidence-based and holistic approaches, you will help clients build fulfilling lives while nurturing a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications\n

We welcome candidates who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with a valid LPC license. You should have a solid understanding of mental health principles and demonstrate a strong commitment to helping others.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with young adults or adolescent populations. Familiarity with evidence-based practices, group therapy facilitation, and individualized treatment planning are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
