Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, develop comprehensive understanding, and establish therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing modalities appropriate for individual clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Provide couples and family therapy designed to enhance communication, mend relationships, and resolve conflicts through guided discussion and therapeutic techniques.

• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals, incorporating specified interventions and measurable outcomes to track progress.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, applying immediate strategies to ensure their safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available resources within the community to support their ongoing well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Consistently adhere to professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring all client interactions are grounded in informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
