Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor at Elysium, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport, and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and plan for future appointments or discharges where appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate growth and recovery.

• Participating in regular individual supervision to discuss case management and personal development.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
