Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing and nurturing rapport to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review their treatment plans, and prepare for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized person-centered treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment paths.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, with a fee-for-service compensation model.
