Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans by conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to address the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
