Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to guide individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring proper handling of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment efficacy, enhancing the overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who seek help for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
