Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in regular team meetings to discuss care strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development and attendance at workshops to stay abreast of new research and innovative practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a varied client base, including individuals and groups experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will provide compassionate care that promotes healing and personal growth, ensuring that clients have access to the support they need in a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficient in using EMR systems and related technologies for maintaining client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
