Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health statuses during initial and ongoing assessments, ensuring you gather relevant information to inform treatment plans.

• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based practices suitable for diverse populations, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to provide comprehensive and integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and ethical guidelines are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting a varied client population, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will have the chance to work with individuals, families, and groups, adjusting your therapeutic approach based on each specific context. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
