Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our counseling services is on individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to traditional mental health resources. Our counselors work with diverse client demographics, including youths dealing with trauma, adults facing anxiety and depression, and couples seeking relationship guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
