Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care that leverages diverse expertise and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
