This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that counselors can provide effective services from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, resulting in well-structured treatment plans tailored to specific individual requirements.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster positive outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, including treatment progress and therapeutic interventions, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care, ensuring all healthcare providers are informed of treatment plans and progress.

• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information, ensuring a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and various other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
