Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and backgrounds of clients.
• Implement scientifically validated therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a range of mental health issues.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open communication and healing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatric professionals, to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical best practices to ensure accountability and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
