Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, assessing their mental health status and discussing their individual struggles.

• Provide 24-hour availability for crisis intervention and support while ensuring proper follow-up with clients.

• Regularly engage in professional development initiatives to stay informed about best practices and new therapeutic modalities within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with adolescents and young adults, developing targeted intervention strategies that cater to their unique developmental needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and a current LPC license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
