Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, concerns, and goals effectively.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on interpersonal relationships, communication issues, and conflict resolution within family dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that detail clear objectives and tailored therapeutic interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing immediate mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
