Work Environment\n

This position is a fully remote telehealth role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any other location of your choosing. Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology to ensure a seamless and effective therapeutic experience. With a focus on work-life balance, our schedules provide flexibility, allowing you to accommodate both personal and professional responsibilities. We operate Monday through Friday for full-time therapists and are open to part-time schedules that fit team and client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to promote positive client outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients, fostering a team approach to mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay updated on the latest mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Specialization or considerable experience in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly advantageous.

• Previous exposure to telehealth platforms and practices is preferred but not required.
