Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and follow-up plans using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers—to coordinate care, share insights, and optimize client outcomes.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and trust, creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work through challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, facing a wide array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief. Your role will involve implementing culturally sensitive practices and tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an atmosphere conducive to healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling environment, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a client caseload effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in using remote communication tools and electronic health record systems to document client information and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or working with specific populations such as children or the elderly will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapeutic techniques is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
