Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using a variety of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while implementing progress monitoring and outcome evaluations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to facilitate integrated care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following all applicable legal and ethical guidelines to uphold client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training, staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve a diverse adult and adolescent clientele who may be facing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
