Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at King Rail Youth & Family Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Engaging in continual professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
