Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for individual clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy across a variety of delivery formats, including individual sessions, couples therapy, and group therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, facilitating integrated care to address the holistic needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.
