Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

  Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
